Maple Dijon Vinaigrette
This maple dijon vinaigrette recipe is the perfect sweet and tangy dressing for so many different dishes. It works well with veggies and on your favorite tossed salad as well.
You’re going to love how absolutely fool-proof this vinaigrette is. All you need is just 5 ingredients and a leak proof container for shaking, like a mason jar.
My two favorite ways to eat this maple dijon vinaigrette are either on a tossed salad or on this Broccoli Salad.

Ingredients
Olive Oil
The kind of olive oil you use here doesn’t matter. Just use whatever you normally like to cook with.
Dijon Mustard
Again, any ole store bought dijon is okie dokie.
Maple Syrup
Make sure you’re using real maple syrup and not the flavored corn syrup usually labeled pancake syrup. The health benefits are massively different and so is the flavor.
Apple Cider Vinegar
I like to make sure I get the kind that says it’s with “the mother.” That’s the combination of bacteria and yeast that’s leftover after fermentation and it has loads of health benefits.
Black Pepper
You don’t need much. I highly recommend freshly ground because it has a stronger fragrance and flavors the dressing nicely.
How to Prepare Maple Dijon Vinaigrette
Y’all, it doesn’t get any easier than this. All you have to do is add all 5 ingredients to a leak proof container like a small mason jar and shake it for a few seconds. That’s it! Then you can taste it and adjust the flavor to your liking. Enjoy!
