Creamy Pineapple Avocado Smoothie

Fresh pineapple and ripe avocado whip up to make such a creamy and light smoothie. It's healthy, sweet, fluffy and so delicious. Perfect with breakfast or anytime of day.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces fresh pineapple - or frozen, thawed
  • 1 ripe avocado - pitted and flesh scooped out
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add pineapple, avocado and water to the blender.
  • Blend on high for a few seconds until smooth. It won't take long if pineapple isn't frozen.
  • Serve immediately. Avocado will oxydize so this should be enjoyed right away.
