Cuisine Mexican
- 2 ounce silver tequila
- 1 ounce Patron Citrónge
- 1 ⅕ tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 ounce lime juice - about one whole lime
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 tbsp sugar - for rim of glass
Pour sugar onto a small plate and spread it around.
Cut your lime in half and then carefully cut a slice for a garnish. Make a slit from the middle of the slice out to the edge.
Take the open end of a lime half and run it along the rim of your glass.
Dip the glass in the sugar, coating the edge evenly all the way around.
Juice the lime and measure the rest of the ingredients. Add them to the blender.
Blend on high for about 5-10 seconds, just until the ice is fully blended in and there are no large pieces. Watch closely, this will just depend on the size of your ice cubes and the power of your blender.
Pour into your glass, garnish with lime slice and a strawberry and serve immediately.
